About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a General Procurement intern with focus on activities across categories (Sales Services, Marketing Services, IT & Professional Services, People & Workplace Services) who will be reporting directly to the Sales Services Category Leader.

Main Responsibilities:

By covering this position, you will actively contribute to the execution of some General Procurement activities related to vendor relationship management and compliance monitoring including Supplier ID cards to create a repository for General Procurement.

Moreover, your role will be to conduct Vendor Financial Assessment while creating supplier risk committee slides.
Requesting and collecting supplier insurance certificates will be also under your scope.

On top of this, you will work with SAP Ariba for the registration and qualification of suppliers and contracts repository.
You will be involved in Responsible Sourcing and supplier code acknowledgement follow-up.
You might perform spend analysis, work in machine learning tool and efficiency tracker by providing the management with updated analysis to continuously improve the procurement performance.

You will bring your support to the whole team of General Procurement by helping the team members in compliance and mitigation activities related to general procurement activities.
Finally, you will be in contact with suppliers and manage some compliance activities related to suppliers’ performance

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your academic background in Business Administration, Economics and/or Finance.

You are showing good relationship management and good teamwork attitude.
Proactive, you are eager to work in a dynamic environment.

On top of that, you will bring your knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) with your fluency in English.
