The mission


OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond.

The open position is to assist in OneLife day-to-day Business Coordination Team, which tasks includes onboarding and relationship management of Asset Managers, Custodian Banks and brokers (i.e. partners).


Main objectives of the role


  • Expertise : Provide support for the decision making regarding the specifics cases, ensure cases implementation and follow-up with the help and under the supervision of the Team.
  • Partner Management: Have contact with all partners at all stages of onboarding and ensure follow-up of requests, encoding of new partners in our systems.
  • Brokers’ licence monitoring: building a following file of all the brokers before checking if their brokerage licence is still active (mainly Belgian and French Market).
  • Brokers’ access to secured website: creation of credentials and help about brokers’ access to our secured website.
  • Asset Managers and Custodian Banks due diligence update: perform a review, and update when needed, of the due diligences performed on the Asset Managers and Custodian Banks.
  • Custodian Banks accounts opening: set-up and follow-up of the bank accounts opening process and coordination with IT department.
  • Others: Any other duties that would be given by the manager or due to a circumstance in the interest of the business.


Profile of our Future Teammate


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
  • Experience as student/trainee in the banking/insurance industry
  • Analytical skills
  • Eager to learn
  • Capable of working independently as well as within a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Fluent French and English (written and spoken); any other additional language is an asset
  • Efficient and goal-oriented communication (written and spoken)
  • Team spirit is a must
