We are a leading transportation company in Luxembourg, dedicated to providing essential bus and shuttle services for public transport, airport shuttles, and individuals with limited mobility. Our company has experienced rapid growth and is now embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey. We are looking for a talented intern to join our team and support our HR technology initiatives for 6 to 12 months.


Role Overview

As a People Technology Intern, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation, working closely as PMO with our People Technology Leader. You will have the opportunity to dive into the world of Microsoft's Power Platform, developing and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline HR processes. This role will allow you to apply your analytical skills and creativity to real-world challenges, making a significant impact on our operations.


Your Mission

Your main mission will be to assist in the integration of various HR systems and tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will conduct data analysis using Power BI, generating insights that drive decision-making. You will also work on projects involving Copilot Studio to create chatbots and leverage Dataverse for data management. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into innovative technical solutions. You will take part in the design and implementation of low-code solutions, enhancing our HR operations and supporting the development of a comprehensive digital HR strategy. You will also be ensuring project management office activities driving a consistent monitoring and documentation of projects.

You should have a passion for low-code solutions and business analysis, with a knack for translating complex business needs into practical technical solutions. Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset are essential. A can-do attitude is crucial; if you don’t know how to do something, strive to find a solution but don't hesitate to ask questions and seek guidance.
