How will you contribute?

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in the daily coordination of recruitment activities while gaining a hands-on understanding of how hiring works in practice. This internship is designed to give you solid foundations in recruitment operations, combined with exposure to interviews, assessment tools, and stakeholder interactions.

You will be mainly involved in:

  • Supporting the organization and coordination of recruitment activities, ensuring processes run smoothly and consistently.

  • Reviewing and publishing job advertisements across multiple job boards and internal platforms.

  • Contributing to the creation of LinkedIn job posts, including:

    • Selecting, along with the Recruitment Team, appealing and relevant visuals in collaboration with our Marketing team.

    • Reviewing content to ensure clear, professional English

  • Updating job information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS

  • Supporting the initial screening of applications and contributing to candidate short listing under supervision.

  • Assisting with interview planning and scheduling, working closely with hiring managers and candidates using Outlook and MS Teams.

  • Supporting candidate communication throughout the recruitment process

  • Supporting on-site interview days and contributing to a positive and professional candidate experience.

  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to team coordination activities.

  • Register invoices and follow-up of recruitment/temp agencies fees


In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to learn recruitment from the inside, including:

  • Shadowing interviews if you wish, to understand how candidates are assessed in real-life situations

  • Discovering how an ATS is used throughout the full recruitment lifecycle

Education

  • Being enrolled to complete a master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or another relevant field

  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or people-related roles

Experience and skills


Hard skills

  • Comfortable working with the Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook

  • Strong written communication skills in English and French

  • Ability to work accurately with structured systems and administrative tools

  • Interest in social media content creation (LinkedIn in particular) is an asset


Soft skills

  • Have high level of confidentiality and integrity

  • Detail-oriented and reliable, precision matters in recruitment

  • Organised and methodical, able to manage several small tasks in parallel

  • Proactive and resourceful: you try to understand things by yourself and are not afraid to ask questions

  • Confident and professional in interactions with hiring managers and external candidates

  • Diplomatic, discreet, and respectful of confidentiality

  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn

Language skills


  • Fluency in English (and French), both oral and written. Other relevant languages are an asset.
