FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Pictet Asset Services provides custody, fund services and trading solutions for external asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients. We manage every aspect of the asset servicing value chain and our range of bespoke solutions include value-adding analytics, trading strategy support and digital front-end interfaces designed to provide an unrivalled customer experience.

You will be a member of the Publishing team, reporting to the Head of Fund Reporting.

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Company Presence: Full-time or part-time (80% - 1 school day per week)
  • Prerequisite: A tripartite internship agreement signed with your school


Your role


Support operational teams in their daily tasks :

  • Code request as part of fund launch process (LEI , ISIN …),
  • Set up, control and update of static and dynamic data,
  • Contribute to the efficient and accurate execution of publishing operations,
  • Activation and publication request according to registration status,
  • Dissemination of legal fund documentations, monthly portfolio reports and No NAV calculation reports,
  • Chargeback of invoices,
  • Document collection and organization,
  • Scanning and electronic archiving of documents and data’s…


Your profile


  • Finance — Economics educational background
  • Knowledge in fund operations, process and data analysis
  • Any experience or knowledge of the data provider environment would be a plus
  • Flexibility and agility
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Spoken fluency in English and French
  • Good Excel skills
