INTERN / TRAINEE RECRUITMENT (F/M)


Area of specialisation: Recruitment / Event Management / Digital Communication

Duration of the internship: minimum 6 months to 12 months

Start date: Immediately or from September 2024 (flexible)

IMPORTANT NOTE: the internship offer is only available if you have an internship / work-study contract (agreement required).

Internship with the possibility of a permanent contract.

As part of our job board and events in 2023, we are looking for someone who enjoys sourcing candidates. A real opportunity to go behind the scenes of a job board that combines online and face-to-face recruitment.


YOUR MISSIONS (NON-EXHAUSTIVE)


Within the Sourcing team, you will be under the supervision of the Sourcing & Campus Manager.

You will be involved in the daily life of the Sourcing team through the following activities:

  • Management of the website Moovijob.com: daily administration of the website (publishing, archiving, editing job ads)
  • Sourcing: identifying potential candidates for vacancies on Moovijob.com or for our events.
  • Event management: communication with recruiters during the preparation of our events; communication with candidates; implementation of communication measures.
  • Campus management: communication with contacts at schools and universities in English, German or French.


Your position will also allow you to take part in missions related to the digital communication of the job board and events, and to ensure an optimal link between the Sourcing and Communication teams. In this context, other missions, tasks and projects may be assigned to you:


  • Social Media Management
  • Editing the FAQ for our events
  • Writing articles for our blog
  • Technology watch and competition analysis


YOUR PROFILE


  • You are currently enrolled or gratuated with a Bachelor or a Master in HR / Event Management / Recruitment / Digital Marketing / Communication
  • Strong interest in the field of HR
  • A lot of curiosity and drive, and the ability to make proposals
  • Fluent in French and English. German or Luxembourgish and other languages are a plus
  • A first experience is a plus
