Our internship program plays a critical role in our recruitment strategy, serving as a potential stepping-stone towards an analyst position.
Your next challenge
- Participate in mergers, acquisitions, financial due diligences, and business valuations.
- Support team with engagement execution, leveraging comprehensive financial and strategic insights.
- Gather market data to perform company valuations.
- Coordinate with colleagues to assess deal viability, providing clear and actionable financial recommendations.
- Create presentations and reports, and contribute to marketing materials for prospective clients.
- Assist in building financial models to support significant investment decisions.
Your skills
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting (a minor in Corporate Finance is preferred), Business Administration, Financial Engineering
- Pursuing a mandatory end-of-studies internship (sponsored by your university)
- Previous internship experience in valuation, M&A, due-diligence roles within sizable banks, private equity or family offices would be a "nice to have" but not mandatory.
- Passionate about critical thinking
- Adept at prioritising tasks and delivering quality results under pressure. We support work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling
- Adept at collaboration, with a proven track record (even academically) of contributing positively to team dynamics. We prize our collaborative, supportive culture.
- Possess business fluency in English.
