As an IT Service Management Trainee, you’ll be part of our IT Service Desk team, supporting users, solving technical issues, and getting a first look at how enterprise-level IT really works. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals across the IT department and contribute to projects that keep our business running smoothly.
This opportunity is a full-time internship of up to 6 months. A valid student visa (from an EU/EEA country) or authorisation to work in Luxembourg is required. We welcome students who are currently enrolled at a university or who have completed their school or Bachelor’s degree within the past 12 months. Fresh grad, student or degree in hand? – You’re currently enrolled or recently graduated in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field. If you’ve finished your higher education or bachelor’s degree, make sure this internship takes place within 12 months of your graduation.
Tech-savvy & helpful – You’re the first person people turn to when something’s not working. You enjoy troubleshooting, finding solutions, and helping others. You know your way around Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint.
Curious & eager to learn – You’re motivated to grow your skills and understand how IT supports business operations.
Team player & communicator – You work well with others, communicate clearly, and bring a positive, proactive attitude with strong intercultural skills.
Language lover – Fluent in English? Perfect, it’s our corporate language! French, German or other languages are a plus.
