RSM Audit Luxembourg
provides audit and assurance services to a wide range of organisations, from traditional Luxembourg based firms to subsidiaries of international groups, as well as regulated investment funds and Professionals of the Financial Sector (PFSs) and is looking for motivated candidates as Administrative Assistant (m/f) (as soon as possible).


Your role :


As an Administrative Assistant, speaking French and English, ideally with a first experience in a similar environment, you will provide administrative support to our audit teams. You will :


  • Provide assistance with all administrative tasks to the audit team;
  • Coordinating all office supplies and materials (office and IT);
  • Coordinate signing of documents;
  • Organise meetings and conference organisation, travel arrangements;
  • Liaise with internal collaborators and external contacts;
  • Perform various daily tasks such as filing, scanning, managing emails, post and phone calls.


Your Profile:

Technical skills

  • You are fluent in French and English;
  • You hold a degree, or a BTS qualification as an administrative assistant;
  • You are a competent user of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.


Personal skills

  • You are proactive and a good team player, motivated and professional;
  • You show interest in your job
  • You have strong organisational skills and pay attention to detail;
  • You are looking for a long term collaboration with your employer;
  • You are able to work on several projects at the same time, prioritize topics and respect deadlines.
