Fullstack Developer Internship – Startup Environment – Near Train Station Area
Moovijob.com, the first job board in Luxembourg and a leader in job event organization, is seeking an IT Developer Intern as part of its increased activity.
Duration: Minimum 6 months – ideally 1 year
Possibility of permanent position (CDI) at the end of the internship
Under the supervision of our IT Manager and the management team of Moovijob.com, you will join our team to work on a variety of missions.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and integration of front-end features with back-end components;
- Engage in optimizing performance and continuously improving applications;
- Participate in the development and maintenance of back-end solutions (REST APIs);
- Resolving issues reported by our clients, and internally;
- Participating in cutting-edge projects such as the implementation of AI;
- Brainstorming about the future of the site;
- Administering our databases;
- Managing site security and compliance;
- Administering our email tool;
- Monitoring our KPIs;
- And many other exciting tasks…
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Computer Science - IT Development;
- Curiosity / Organization / Dynamism;
- Good communicator;
- Fluency in French at minimum C1 level, proficiency in any other language is an asset.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in PHP language and Laravel framework (Eloquent, relationships, filtering on relationships, conditions, etc.);
- Integration with HTML 5 / CSS 3 / jQuery / Bootstrap;
- VueJS framework;
- SQL/MySQL (proficient in joins, etc.);
- Familiar with Windows environment and Linux system.
Desired skills:
- Prior experience with Solr or Elasticsearch would be a plus;
- Design and development of REST APIs.
