Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group oversees end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes. As a "Service delivery Coordinator, Intern" within our Security team, you will play a vital role in driving the timely and efficient execution of our security projects. You will be responsible for coordinating various project activities, ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders and external vendors, and meticulously tracking progress against key milestones. Your strong organizational skills, coupled with your proficiency in creating compelling presentations, will be instrumental in keeping projects on track and effectively communicating updates to stakeholders. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic security environment and contribute directly to safeguarding our organization's digital assets.
Your responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and ensure that our security projects are delivered in time.
Crafting and delivering compelling PowerPoint presentations
Coordinate internal stakeholders to receive all required documentation
Manages project documentation and tracks progress against key milestones
Schedule stakeholder meetings to ensure project deliverables
Assist and monitor progress and provide updates to project stakeholders
Ensure that projects remain within scope and schedule
Monitor project risks and report them for quick resolution
Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices
Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
Collaborate with external vendors and security partners to leverage their expertise and tools in enhancing our overall security posture
Your profile
You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Finance, Accounting or similar and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
Experience in activities coordination
Prior experience tracking project activities is desirable.
Skilled in creating presentations and visual materials with PowerPoint
Proven success in a corporate setting, working with different stakeholders
Strong written and verbal skills
Fluency in English language
Team player and effective communicator
