For the continued strengthening of our team, we are currently looking for a:


JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER (m/f)

Permanent contract and full-time position


Due to expansion, we are seeking a Junior Project Manager to manage all aspects of business-critical projects on a day-to-day basis, from the initial order through to delivery. You will work closely with support and operational departments, with direct report to the Head of Business Development and Project Management.


This Junior Project Manager Job will provide you with extensive training to grow and establish yourself as a highly capable Project Manager.


Principal role:

  • Creation of project-related documents, e.g. business case, project implementation brief, project plan, highlight reports, risk assessments, etc.
  • Monitor and report progress across all ongoing projects
  • Ensuring the risk-minimized achievement of project goals within the performance, time and cost framework
  • Support the tendering process for procurement along with being heavily involved throughout the project scope

:

  • Able to roll up your sleeves and get involved in challenging projects
  • Able to work as part of a team and in a cross functional and fast paced environment
  • Flexible and solution orientated
  • Organised & able to work towards deadlines
  • Inspired and curious to learn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Any other language skills are considered as an asset
  • You have analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar in standard applications of MS Office and with Microsoft Project
  • Proven experience in aviation/aeronautical industry is considered a strong asset
  • Proven international professional experience is considered an assed (achieved via contracted work, apprenticeship or internship)
  • Strong IT skills (basic programming SQL and/or VBA, etc...) is considered an asset


Qualifications

  • You have an Engineering/Business related degree, and you are passionate by project management
  • You have obtained or are in progress to achieve PM certification (Prince 2, PMI or equivalent)
