Position Overview:
Below are the primary business areas in which we offer work placement opportunities:
Business Governance
Working closely with Operations and Compliance, the role of the Business Governance function is to maintain a robust oversight governance framework that supports the IFDSL global operating model; ensuring adherence to prescribed outsourcing regulations, controls & procedures, monitoring performance against agreed SLA deliverables and procedural controls, thus, ensuring a strong partnership with IFDSL Operational teams and our outsourcing service providers.
Risk Management
As part of an effective Second Line of Defense function, the Risk Management team leads the development and implementation of the IFDSL Risk Management Framework, ensuring that all risks within IFDSL (strategic, operational, compliance, IT, etc.) are adequately identified, assessed, managed and monitored and that strategic plans are realized in a way which reflects the risk appetite of the Board.
Knowledge and Education:
Finance related educational degree β Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, International Business, Private Equity and Investment Management.
Candidate must have some financial knowledge of funds (equities, bonds, derivatives)
Fluent in English- French and/or German is a plus.
Ability to work with Microsoft Office products, in particular MS Excel.
