Job Description

Project Management Team

EFG Luxembourg is looking for a proactive intern for its Project Management Team. Within the Project management team, you will get the chance to 1) practice and build your Project Management and Business analysis skills, 2) Improve your drafting and presenting skills and 3) exchange and learn from various stakeholders (Investments, Legal, Private Banking)

Your main responsibilities

Under the supervision of the COO department, you will support the Project Managers by:

  • Analysing new business needs stemming from all the banks’ departments and shape projects;
  • Leading workshops with relevant stakeholders to draft solution specifications;
  • Building and presenting project plans;
  • Tracking Project progresses against agreed action plans;
  • Facilitating the communication within projects by drafting minutes, reports and presentations;

Your profile

  • You are finishing or have completed a master’s degree in Business / Economics / Engineering or Law school ;
  • You are familiar with working in an international environment. English is a prerequisite. French is considered a strong asset;
  • You are proficient with Excel and all the Office Suite;
  • You have strong organisational and analytical skills.

Skills you will acquire

  • How to build a project from an idea
  • How to draft business requirements and coordinate the build of IT solutions.
  • How to handle multiple complex projects and their conflicting deadlines ;
  • What are the different departments of a bank, what are their roles and responsibilities ;
  • What are the main financial regulations at EU and national level ;
  • How to build your professional network.
