Your tasks



Conduct Interviews & Analysis:


  • Collaborate with different domain experts to develop an understanding of the function in their domain.
  • Gather in-depth knowledge of current processes, challenges, and requirements.
  • Document findings from interviews accurately and thoroughly.

Analyse End-2-End Processes:


  • Review and analyse the information gathered from interviews.
  • Identify key functions within the energy business domain.
  • Understand interdependencies and workflows among different processes.

Develop Functional Models:


  • Utilize appropriate modelling tools and techniques to create detailed functional models.
  • Ensure the models accurately represent the end-to-end processes within the energy business.
  • Validate models with domain experts and incorporate feedback.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Prepare comprehensive documentation of the developed models.
  • Present findings and models to the IT and business teams.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on the analysis.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure alignment and integration of models.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and discussions related to process optimization.

Your profile


  • Currently enrolled in university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or another related field
  • Knowledge of modelling (BPMN, UML, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of business processes (Utilities Know-how will be considered an asset)
  • Quick-learner and result-orientated person
  • Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German are mandatory; Luxemburgish is considered an asset.
