The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:

Compliance Intern

6 months internship (F/M)

 


We are looking for a proactive individual with an appetite to learn within our Compliance team.

 


The knowledge and experience you will acquire:

  • Acquire skills in understanding various international corporate structures by providing support in reviewing our international customers documentation and risk assessments

o Analyse customer documentation

o Conduct reviews on legal, regulatory, tax and sanction risks

  • Gain experience in developing digital tools (in house Apps, AI, etc) by assisting the team in analysing, reviewing and testing digital developments
  • Get informed on regulations and guidelines in the Money-Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Compliance matters and follow any new developments in the area that could affect LuxSE
  • Learn to share knowledge by helping to prepare training materials and support documentation
  • Enhance your people skills by interacting with the various teams
  • Acquire knowledge in capital markets by assisting with compliance controls carried out across business activities

 


Requirements and skills:

  • Certification in Law, Business, Management or Technology (or close to graduation)
  • At least six months (internship) or experience working or consulting
  • Ability to question assumptions
  • High sense of organisation, initiative and problem solving approach
  • Written and oral communication skills in French and English and any additional language is considered an advantage
