Within the Data Management department, the Data Operations service is responsible for updating the administrative data of individual and corporate customers.
we are seeking an Intern for a 6-month internship beginning in April 2026. Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.
Your tasks:
- Ensure that the customer's KYC and identification data meet the requirements of current regulatory standards, in order to guarantee good Data Quality from the moment the customer enters into a relationship until the account is closed.
- Be familiar with the bank's KYC documents and tools
- Provide cross-functional operational support to the PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines.
- Participate in improving procedures in line with Group regulations
- Participate in the development of new tools to better cover the Bank's risks.
- Detect administrative anomaly, operational risk or malfunction that could impact the data quality of our file.
Your profile:
Education :
- 3+ year degree in Banking/ Finance/ Economics/ Law
- Eperience in financial services is a plus
Languages :
- English and French are essential, any other language will be an advantage
Personal skills :
- Fleibility and autonomy.
- Dynamic and initiative.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High degree of fleibility and multitasking.
- Sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Team spirit.
- Good command of office tools (Word, Ecel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
