Technology Strategy & Advisory Intern – Luxembourg

Your Role
As a Technology Strategy & Advisory (TS&A) Intern, you will be part of a multidisciplinary Accenture project team, supporting clients in their technology-driven transformations. You will work closely with consultants and managers, contributing to both client-facing and internal initiatives.
Your activities may include:
- Supporting transformation projects at the intersection of business, technology, and data, with a strong focus on Financial Services and Capital Markets
- Assisting in technology strategy, digital transformation, and IT advisory engagements
- Contributing to data-related topics, such as data management and data governance
- Supporting system rollouts and change initiatives, including preparation of materials, analyses, and coordination activities
- Assisting with architecture-related work, such as documenting current landscapes or contributing to architecture blueprints
- Supporting CIO-related topics, including maturity assessments, target operating models, and roadmap development
- Translating theoretical concepts into practical use cases and tangible deliverables for clients
- Helping teams structure insights, prepare presentations, and communicate complex topics in a clear way
- Supporting project management and change activities, such as structuring deliverables, tracking progress, and preparing workshops or steering materials
Throughout the internship, you will have room to show initiative, bring new ideas, and continuously develop your consulting and technology skills.

Within this pillar, the Technology Strategy & Advisory (TS&A) practice acts as a bridge between business and IT, supporting clients in defining where they want to go — and how technology, data, and architecture can help them get there.
We advise clients on topics such as technology strategy, digital transformation, operating models, and high-level architecture, translating strategic ambitions into concrete and actionable initiatives.
In Luxembourg, we work closely with local and international clients, especially in banking, capital markets, and financial services, while being fully connected to Accenture’s global network of experts and multidisciplinary teams.
Your Background
- Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or a related field
- Able to think structured and analytically, and translate complex topics into clear insights
- Strong interest in consulting, technology, and digital transformation
- Ideally some exposure to or interest in Financial Services or Capital Markets
- Curious, eager to learn, and able to quickly grasp new concepts
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; French or German is required, Luxembourgish is a plus
- Available for a 4–6 month full-time internship in Luxembourg
