Our job opportunity


Today, we are currently recruiting an Internal Communications and HR Development Officer.


Your responsibilities


  • Your daily tasks


-Internal communications-

  • Drawing up and implementing the company's general internal communications plan in collaboration with the Marketing & External Communications team

  • Define the content, tools and media for internal communication

  • Manage and lead the content of the company's intranet site

  • Create and supply the various communication media (newsletter, information note, presentation to staff, etc.)

  • Relaying the strategy and promoting the company's image to employees via the most appropriate communication channels

  • Support the reflection and ensure the deployment of actions inherent in change management within the company

  • Organising and coordinating internal events for staff, in order to strengthen cohesion, commitment and a sense of belonging among employees.


-HR Development-

  • Designing and putting e-learning training modules online, ensuring the creation and integration of interactive content linked to our digital training platform

  • Actively contribute to the development of the employer brand, by proposing and deploying targeted and innovative communication initiatives to enhance the company's appeal.

  • Implement and monitor partnerships, coordinating relations with educational establishments

  • Participate in organising and representing the company at recruitment events, such as job fairs, trade shows and initiatives to promote careers

  • Develop, promote and relay HR initiatives

  • Participate in the HR department's various projects.

The required profile


Studies / training

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar role

Experience

3 years of experience in a similar role

Skills and knowledge required


  • IT Tools

Mandatory:

  • Microsoft Office suite

  • Knowledge of Wordpress

Nice-to-have:

  • Expertise in specialised software for designing and integrating e-learning modules

  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)

  • Knowledge of Sharepoint


  • Languages

Mandatory:

  • French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

  • English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)


  • Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
