Legal Internship - Real Estate Finance (Banking & Finance) - July to December 2025
Department Purpose
Our Banking & Finance department specialises in international banking work, syndicated lending, investment grade, leveraged acquisition finance, debt restructuring as well as local and cross-border real estate finance and fund finance deals. You will join a dynamic team advising lenders, sponsors and other relevant stakeholders requiring advanced legal advice for complex operations.
Role purpose
A six-month internship contract in our Banking & Finance department from July to December 2025 which is covered by an internship agreement.
Key requirements
- We are seeking individuals currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M, or preparing for a Bar in any European jurisdiction.
- You are looking for an internship as part of your Master's degree, gap year, or your PPI at the French Bar (this is not a CCDL traineeship).
- You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in Banking and Finance law.
- You are fluent in French and English, with good writing skills in both languages, as you will work on international matters.
