Why This Role Matters

As we continue to develop our digital tools and optimize internal processes, this internship plays a key role in supporting our Plant Optimization (Lean) team. You will contribute to real software development projects that improve performance monitoring and operational efficiency, while gaining hands-on experience in how an industrial or technology-driven organization operates. Guided by an experienced mentor, this role is designed to help you build strong technical foundations and apply your academic knowledge in a real-world environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze functional and technical requirements in collaboration with senior engineers and internal users.
  • Contribute to the design and development of simple modules within existing applications.
  • Develop digital tools such as dashboards, internal applications, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Test and validate developed features to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Participate in technical meetings and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement of code and internal tools through optimization, refactoring, and technology watch.

What You’ll Bring

  • Enrollment in an engineering school or Master’s program in computer science (second-year level).
  • Solid foundations in algorithms, object-oriented programming, and web development.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of macros.
  • Familiarity with at least some of the following technologies: Python, Java, TypeScript, C#, JavaScript, or Visual Basic.
  • An interest in modern frameworks, databases, and development tools (e.g. React, Angular, .NET, SQL, Git).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and a strong team spirit.
