Residency in Luxembourg is encouraged, but cross border residency (Germany, Belgium, France) is welcome. You must have the right to work in Luxembourg for the full duration of your internship.

What our Procurement team does?


Procurement at Vodafone plays a vital role in shaping how we operate globally. The team partners with the business to source the right Technology, Networks, Services, and Devices from the best suppliers. By managing supplier performance, driving smart commercial decisions, and leading projects from initial requirements through negotiation and contracting, Procurement helps deliver value, sustainability, and innovation across Vodafone’s entire supply chain.


What We’re Looking For

Education & Background

  • Enrolled university student available for the full 12‑month internship
  • Strong academic performance in: Supply Chain, Business / Economics, Technology / Innovation, Finance / Mathematics Or related fields
  • 0–3 years of experience (excluding internships, part‑time roles, and studies)


Digital & Technical Skills

  • Confident user of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Comfortable working with data, technology, and digital tools
  • Interest in digital transformation and how technology shapes global operations


Commercial & Analytical Skills

  • Strong interest in procurement, sourcing, or commercial strategy
  • Ability to think critically and approach problems with logic and structure
  • Curiosity about how suppliers, markets, and commercial decisions impact the wider business


Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Fluent in English; another European language is a plus
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team
  • Proactive, engaged, and willing to contribute fresh ideas

Personal Traits & Growth Mindset

  • Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Resilient when facing challenges and open to feedback
  • Self‑driven with a positive, can‑do attitude


When to apply

  • Our internship may close early if we receive a high volume of applications, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
  • Assessment Centres for this programme will take place in May 2026.
  • If successful, your expected start date will be September 2026.
