I am currently working on lintern.lu as a side project alongside my daily corporate job as a data scientist in the finance industry. My decision to start this initiative stems from the challenges I faced as a recent graduate. I found it very difficult to understand the landscape of internships and identify the skills and profiles most needed to secure a job in Luxembourg.

My philosophy with lintern.lu is to leverage data analytics to provide the best insights into the job market. As a data scientist, I run analytics on all job postings in Luxembourg to gain insights into the most in-demand skills, industries, and roles. This small data science project helps me understand the job market trends and the evolving needs of employers, which in turn allows me to curate the most relevant opportunities for recent graduates. By analyzing job market data, I aim to bridge the gap between what employers are looking for and what graduates need to succeed, ensuring that lintern.lu is a valuable resource for both job seekers and employers.
