What will you do?

We are looking for a motivated Junior Regulatory Advisor to join our growing Financial Services Regulatory Advisory team in Luxembourg.

The role is aimed at recent graduates or junior professionals with a strong interest in financial regulation, asset management and the Luxembourg fund industry. You will support regulatory, governance, compliance and transformation projects for asset managers, AIFMs, management companies and financial-sector service providers.

  • Conduct regulatory research and impact assessments
  • Support gap analyses, remediation and implementation projects
  • Draft and review policies, procedures, governance frameworks and client reports
  • Prepare presentations, workshops and client meetings
  • Analyse client documentation and support project delivery
  • Contribute to regulatory updates, market insights and thought leadership
  • Help develop the team’s tools, methodologies and knowledge base

Over time, you will take increasing ownership of workstreams and client interactions.


This position is for you if:

  • University degree in law, finance, economics, business or a related field
  • Recent graduate or up to two years of relevant experience, including internships
  • Strong analytical, drafting and presentation skills
  • Interest in financial regulation and the Luxembourg investment fund sector
  • Structured, reliable and comfortable working in a client-facing environment
  • Good command of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Fluent English; French and/or German are an advantage
  • Interest in digital tools and AI-enabled ways of working

Prior detailed regulatory knowledge is not required, but exposure to financial services, consulting, audit, compliance or legal advisory is an advantage.
