VML Luxembourg
VML Luxembourg is one of the leading Amazon consulting agencies in Europe. The opportunity:
A INTERNSHIP - Digital Content Publisher is required to join our Luxembourg Content Team on a full-time basis. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who will manage and oversee the upload and publication of content, as well as the distribution of data across various platforms, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with the objectives and voice of various international brands.
What you'll be doing:
- Upload digital content, including copy, images, videos, and other assets, to various online platforms (PXM, PIM, DAM systems, internal tools, e-commerce platforms)
- Ensure all content is uploaded and syndicated according to established guidelines, standards, and schedules, maintaining accuracy, consistency, efficiency and quality across platforms
- Monitor the content and produce monitoring reports
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and project managers, to receive content assets and specifications for upload
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to content uploads, including file formatting, compatibility, and technical errors
- Quality assurance: continuous monitoring and online control
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital content publishing and distribution.
What we want from you:
- University/college degree, or in the last year of Bachelor/Master studies (preferably in translation, journalism, marketing, communication, or languages)
- Tech-Savvy with an ability to quickly learn and work with various platforms and software solutions
- Language: Written/verbal proficiency skills in English are required, other EU languages are an asset
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage many ongoing projects
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team
- EU work permit
