ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Transfer Pricing Internship aims to provide structured and operational support to SES's Tax and Transfer Pricing function during a period of temporary operational workload increase, particularly related to the SES-Intelsat integration and international compliance requirements.
The objectives of this position are to:
- Ensure continuity of services
- Guarantee an appropriate allocation of tasks based on their complexity
- Provide a supervised learning environment aligned with academic training
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- Support the SES Tax team in tax and transfer pricing matters related to SES and Intelsat integration
- Assist in the update of SES Group transfer pricing documentation including Master File and Local Files for main Group entities
- Support insourcing of legacy Intelsat group entities transfer pricing documentation preparation
- Assist in the Outlier analysis update based on the SES Country-by-Country report
- Participate in functional analysis interviews and preparation of interview reports
- Perform economic analyses including benchmarking studies and valuations
- Prepare presentations for various external and internal stakeholders
- Support the Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax teams with any other projects on an ad-hoc basis
- Provide transfer pricing support on important business projects (e.g. IRIS2)
COMPETENCIES
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong English business writing capabilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work accurately within defined processes and timelines
- Team‑oriented, professional attitude
- Fluency in English. Good proficiency in French is desirable
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Current university student preparing a Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
OTHER KEY REQUIREMENTS / COMMENTS
- EU nationality or valid work permit for Luxembourg
- Professional attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn
- Sense of humour appreciated
