Our latest opportunity is for an Junior Company Secretarial Officer to join us at Ogier, and be part of our growing team.

Our Junior Company Secretarial Officer will assist with the Corporate Secretarial team in the administrative and legal management of the company’s entities or client entities. The right candidate will contribute to ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and maintains accurate and well-organised corporate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing corporate formalities for client companies or internal entities.
  • Maintain and update corporate databases and records.
  • Participate in organising Board of Directors meetings and general meetings.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Manage corporate documentation and archiving.
  • Assist with communication with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We are seeking a technically strong and experienced individual to join our team and we would welcome an application from you if:
  • You hold a degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are a team player and would like to be professionally active in an international environment, with the ability to work effectively in a team and sometimes under pressure.
  • You are autonomous, dynamic, flexible, proactive, service-oriented and have excellent
  • communication skills.
  • You have a perfect command of both written and spoken English and French.
  • Any other language would be an asset.
