Task responsibilities
- Support the creation and editing of internal and external communication materials (e.g., newsletters, announcements, presentations).
- Assist in managing content for corporate channels such as intranet, website, and social media.
- Help coordinate communication campaigns and events.
- Conduct research to support communication strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve communication effectiveness. Assist with administrative tasks related to the communication department.
Essential requirements for the position:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Must complete a mandatory internship as part of your studies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of corporate communication principles and digital media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with design or social media tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
