How you'll contribute to our success
- Work on a wide range of debt advisory projects with regular interaction with clients, advisors, other service lines and Deloitte offices.
- Conduct industry/company research and credit risk assessments for deal origination and transaction analysis, including analysing loan portfolios and their performance in transaction contexts.
- Perform or review valuations of illiquid debt instruments.
- Review and optimise loan granting and monitoring procedures for banks and private debt funds.
- Assist with day-to-day management of transaction processes (information packs, management presentations, financial analysis, client communications in fundraising transactions) and contribute to team marketing and business development activities.
Your skills
Must have
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, Risk Management, etc.
- Seeking a mandatory end-of-studies internship sponsored by your university.
- Enthusiastic about leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently, with strong organisational skills.
- Fluency in English and eagerness to work in an international, client-focused and quality-driven environment.
Nice to have
- Pursuit of a professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACA).
- Proven experience applying analytical/problem-solving skills in academic or professional projects.
- Prior exposure to international or client-facing environments (e.g., internships, group projects).
- Proficiency in French and/or German.
- Additional language skills beyond English, French or German.
