ING Luxembourg is looking for an HR Operations Intern for a minimum of six months starting in July 2026.
Please note that only candidates who can provide a valid internship convention with a university will be considered.
Your Mission
Within the “People Services” unit, the HR Operations intern will be entrusted with a variety of operational and administrative tasks related to career management and employee benefits (non-exhaustive list):
Support the team’s daily activities
Process and administratively follow up on personnel movements: onboarding, offboarding, transfers, maternity leave, parental leave, special leave
Manage absences and sick leave
Ensure personnel files and HR management tools are kept up to date
Handle communications with various administrative bodies
Participate in the improvement of HR processes
Contribute to various HR projects (Examples: improving HR tools and procedures)
Manage various administrative tasks: drafting and handling correspondence, updating the intranet, writing HR notes, corrective declarations, managing leasing vehicle fines, drafting various HR documents (work certificates, amendments, etc.)

Skills and Behaviours:
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong writing skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Education/Experience:
Master’s degree
A first experience in human resources is considered an asset
Languages:
Perfect command of French and good proficiency in English are required
