The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support the oversight of the Investment Management Delegate in line with their investment mandates, legal and regulatory requirements;
- Collect, centralise and analyse the portfolio indicators on investment and liquidity positioning and reports received from internal sources and external service providers;
- Monitor and analyse fund investment performance;
- Support pre-trade approvals on real estate and securitisation investment;
- Participate in periodic and ad-hoc investment management due diligence reviews;
- Participate in incident management and remediation oversight;
- Assist in the product development and product management process;
- Prepare periodic governance reports and summaries to management committees and fund boards;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant teams across the group; and
- Participate in the ongoing enhancement of oversight processes and tools.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- An understanding of Lux Investment Management structures;
- Awareness of different investment strategies and asset classes;
- Experience gained through an internship, graduate programme or up to 2- 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Self-motivated; ability to handle change positively;
- Qualifications: University degree in finance or economics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power point.
