The AI & GenAI Strategy Intern will play a key role in supporting the Group’s strategic ambition to deploy Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) across the company.
Reporting to the Head of Innovation and based at the Cebi Group Headquarters in Luxembourg, the intern will work transversally with business functions (Quality, R&D, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, and Sales) and central teams (IT, Communication, and Change Management) to identify and assess business needs, generate AI use-case maps, and contribute to the design and validation of Proofs of Concept (POCs).
This internship, offered for a duration of 6 months, can be structured as a master’s thesis or a final-year project and is ideal for a student seeking to gain hands-on experience in AI strategy, deployment, and transformation in a global industrial group.
Your mission:
Business Needs & Use-Case Mapping
- Engage directly with business functions to collect and structure their pain points and transformation needs.
- Map GenAI use cases across the organization and define a method to prioritize them based on business value and technical feasibility
Strategy & POC Support
- Support the Head of Innovation in defining Cebi’s GenAI deployment strategy
- Participate in the elaboration and validation of POCs using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and open-source GenAI models
- Collaborate with IT to evaluate infrastructure readiness and deployment models (including on-premise solutions for data confidentiality)
Communication & Documentation
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive stakeholders
- Document use cases, implementation steps, feasibility assessments, and KPIs
- Contribute to dashboards and internal communication tools to track and promote AI adoption
Your profile:
- Student in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Innovation, or a related field
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation
- Familiar with GenAI platforms such as ChatGPT and Copilot; knowledge of prompt engineering is a must
- Proficient in Python and Excel; ability to prototype agents with open-source LLMs is a plus
- Autonomous, structured, and capable of driving cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Language skills: English is mandatory; French/ Italian or any other languages are considered an asset.
