Your role

Do you enjoy supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the smooth running of team activities?
Are you organised and detail-oriented, with a focus on ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and process support?

We're looking for an Intern in Depositary Oversight Team to:
  • Assist with the preparation of Fund Factsheets by collecting supporting documentation and populating fund static and dynamic data
  • Perform administrative tasks such as requesting, following up on, and collecting periodic reports and supporting documentation from relevant stakeholders
  • Support the team in monitoring and controlling the securities lending program
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as required

Your team

You’ll be joining the Depositary Oversight Team of UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch which offers an exciting, dynamic, and international environment. The team is responsible for regular NAV oversight, subscription/redemption and income proceeds control as well as Investment compliance monitoring – all under UCITS V and AIFMD regulations.

Your expertise

  • Bachelor or in a final stage of obtaining a Master/Bachelor’s degree in Law or Economics
  • Strong attention to details
  • Sound analytical focus
  • Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, German or French are considered as assets
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • A valid internship agreement from your university covering the full internship duration, availability for six months, authorization to work in Luxembourg, and active student status.
