Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.
We are currently looking for a Slot Coordination Intern. The Slot Coordination team is responsible for operational services or duties related to pre-flight preparations, including ground handling arrangements, traffic rights, and slot coordination.
They are tasked with coordinating and confirming handling and slot requests for the entire Jetfly fleet, in line with our co-owner’s flight requests.
Effective communication with interdepartmental staff is essential, as is the ability to work in a constantly changing environment, contributing to the successful achievement of organizational objectives.
Job description
- Align requested schedules and identify optimal solutions for our co-owners to maximize airport capacity utilization, in compliance with industry guidelines, regulations, and standards.
- Monitor and analyze Jetfly schedules to identify potential operational issues or conflicts, proactively addressing them and offering effective solutions.
- Ensure timely responses to slot requests in line with established response time standards.
- Explore opportunities to improve capacity, utilization, and scheduling flexibility.
- Submit long-term slot request forecasts for high-demand destinations and follow up accordingly.
Profile
- On-going studies in aeronautic sector.
- Fluent in English and French ; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Proactive personality with excellent organizational skills.
- Solution-oriented approach.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Passion for business aviation is a plus.
Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10.80€ per month).
