We are currently looking for a Trainee for the Tax department as part of a six-month internship, with an international mind-set, strong commitment and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being involved in a wide variety of corporate tax, M&A, alternative investment fund, and private equity/real estate operations and structuring solutions, as well as private wealth and individual taxation matters;
  • Coordinating multi-jurisdictional advice as to assist institutions and multinational organisations and family offices with their cross-border business operations;
  • Initiating, building and maintaining effective client relationships, delivering excellent client service;
  • Working closely with the tax team and providing ongoing tax advisory support to lawyers/partners in advising domestic and international clients on diversified legal and tax matters in the above domains.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • You are currently completing a Master's degree in Business and/or Tax Law (basic accounting skills would be plus) or an EU Bar professional qualification (Bar school);
  • You are autonomous, dynamic, flexible, proactive, service-oriented and have excellent communication skills;
  • You are comfortable with the MS Office suite and not afraid of Excel spreadsheets;
  • You have a perfect command of both written and spoken in French and English. Any other language would be an asset.
