Your mission
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the procurement department;
- Support the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing activities;
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities;
- Help manage supplier relationships and maintain accurate supplier records;
- Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and contracts;
- Participate in contract negotiations and support the procurement team in achieving cost savings;
- Maintain and update procurement databases (Ivalua);
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Let’s talk about you. If you...
- Are currently studying for a bachelor’s or a master's degree specialization in Procurement or are studying general subjects and have already had some experience in Procurement;
- Are looking for a six-month internship;
- Can demonstrate full proficient with the Microsoft Office suite;
- Possess basic knowledge on Ivalua Source to contract solution is an asset;
- Speak fluent French and English;
- Are dynamic, you know how to work independently, and you are good with numbers;
- Are a team player and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
